This week, June 13th is Pension Payment Day.
Around the pension payment day, we expect to receive more phone deception calls than usual.
We have also received a number of phone calls from people who are trying to steal your money.
Criminals will call your home posing as police officers, city hall, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, financial institutions, your son, etc.
If money is mentioned on the phone, suspect a scam and be sure to talk to someone around you or call the police.
